Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website and services of Dr. Ruby Javed, Ph.D. ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this website or our services.
Services Provided
Dr. Ruby Javed provides forensic toxicology consulting services, including expert witness testimony in legal proceedings, case review and analysis, toxicology report interpretation, scientific consultation on drug-related matters, and expert opinions and written reports. All services are provided in accordance with professional standards and applicable laws.
No Professional Relationship
Use of this website does not create a professional consulting relationship. A formal engagement is established only upon execution of a written agreement and receipt of the required retainer.
Fees & Payment
Service fees are billed at an hourly rate of $500/hour. An initial retainer of $2,000 is required to begin work. Invoices are issued monthly and are due upon receipt. See our Pricing page for full details.
Expert Opinions
Expert opinions and reports provided by Dr. Javed are based on current scientific standards, available evidence, and professional judgment. Opinions are subject to change if new evidence becomes available.
Limitation of Liability
Dr. Ruby Javed's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific services giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
