What's Included in Hourly Billing
All case-related activities are billed at the hourly rate, including:

- Case-related communication (phone, email, document processing)

Additional Terms
- Travel: Travel time and expenses for on-site visits are billed at cost plus the standard hourly rate.
- Cancellation: A cancellation fee of 4 hours ($2,000) applies if an engagement is canceled with less than 72 hours notice.
- Payment Terms: Invoices are due upon receipt.

- Billing & Payment: Billing takes place at the end of each month with itemized invoices. Invoices are due upon receipt.
